1. Nature of the Space

Temple of Eros is a private, adults-only gathering for conscious erotic and kink exploration. All events are held in a closed, invitation-only format. Participation requires prior application, screening, and expressed alignment with our values.

This is not a sex club or performance space. It is a container for embodied, trauma-informed, consent-led practice.

2. Age & Eligibility

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Temple of Eros reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any individual at any time, without explanation.

3. Consent & Conduct

All interaction at Temple of Eros events is based on explicit, continuous, and enthusiastic consent. Any violation of consent, including ignoring a safeword, proceeding without clear agreement, or pressuring another participant, will result in immediate removal from the event and permanent exclusion from future gatherings.

We operate a Green / Yellow / Red safeword system. All participants are expected to honor safewords immediately and without question.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

The identities, presence, and experiences of all attendees are strictly confidential. Photography, filming, and audio recording of any kind are absolutely prohibited inside the event space unless explicitly authorized by Temple of Eros in writing.

What happens in the Temple, stays in the Temple. Sharing identifying information about other participants, inside or outside the event, is a serious violation and will result in permanent exclusion.

5. Sobriety & Substance Policy

Temple of Eros events are sober spaces. Alcohol and recreational substances are not permitted. We operate from the belief that genuine presence, consent, and erotic awareness require a clear nervous system.

Anyone who appears under the influence will not be admitted or will be asked to leave.

6. Health & STI Awareness

Participants are responsible for their own sexual health. We encourage all attendees to have current STI screenings and to disclose relevant health information to partners before engaging in any sexual contact.

Safer sex supplies are available at all events. Sexual activity between participants is personal and consensual. Temple of Eros does not mediate or take responsibility for private agreements between adults.

7. Ticketing & Refunds

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend after purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible.

• * Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• * Cancellations 7-14 days before: 50% refund.
• * Cancellations less than 7 days before: no refund.
• * If the event is cancelled by Temple of Eros: full refund.

8. Liability

Participation in Temple of Eros events is entirely voluntary. You attend at your own risk. Temple of Eros, its facilitators, and its organizers are not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes resulting from your participation.

We are not a therapeutic service. If you are in active mental health crisis or trauma processing, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional support before attending.

9. Data & Personal Information

Any personal information you share during the registration process is held in strict confidence. We do not share, sell, or distribute participant data to third parties. Your information is used solely for the purpose of event access and communication related to Temple of Eros.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

10. Changes to These Terms

Temple of Eros reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued participation in our events constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
